PitchIQ is operated by EVenergi Pty Ltd (trading as PitchIQ). This policy explains what data we collect, why we collect it, how we use it, and your rights regarding your data. We are committed to protecting your privacy and handling your data transparently.
When you create an account, we collect your name, email address, and (if using email sign-up) a hashed version of your password. If you sign in with Google, we receive your name, email, and Google account ID from Google’s authentication service. We do not receive or store your Google password.
When you upload a video, we process it to extract biomechanical data. We store the original video file, the analysis results, your manual observations, and any coaching feedback. Videos are stored securely and are only accessible to you and anyone you explicitly share them with via share links.
We collect basic usage data to maintain and improve the Service, including pages visited, features used, error logs, and device/browser type. We do not use third-party analytics trackers or advertising cookies.
Payments are processed by Stripe. We receive confirmation of payment status, plan type, and subscription dates. We never see or store your credit card number, CVV, or other card details — these are handled entirely by Stripe under their privacy policy.

When you generate a share link, the recipient (your coach) can view your video, measurements, and observations for that specific analysis. They can also leave feedback. Share links expire after 7 days. The coach does not need to create an account. We store coach feedback (name, observations, notes) as part of your analysis data.
Your data is stored on secure cloud infrastructure hosted in Australia. We use industry-standard security practices including encrypted data transmission, secure password hashing, and token-based authentication.
We retain your data for as long as your account is active. If you delete your account, we will delete your data within 30 days, except where we are legally required to retain it (e.g., payment records for tax purposes).
You can delete individual analyses from the Sessions page at any time. Deleted analyses and their associated videos are removed permanently.

Each service processes data under their own privacy policies. We only share the minimum data necessary for each service to function.
PitchIQ uses only essential cookies and local storage for authentication and user preferences. We do not use tracking cookies, analytics cookies, or advertising cookies.
The Service is not intended for children under 16. We do not knowingly collect data from children under 16. If you believe a child under 16 has created an account, please contact us and we will delete it.
We may update this policy from time to time. We will notify you of material changes by email or through the Service. The “Last updated” date at the top indicates the most recent revision.
