These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of the PitchIQ platform, website at pitchiqpro.com, and related services (collectively, the “Service”). The Service is operated by EVenergi Pty Ltd (ABN to be confirmed), trading as PitchIQ (“we”, “us”, “our”).
By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
PitchIQ provides AI-powered cricket batting analysis. You upload videos of batting sessions, and the Service processes them to extract biomechanical measurements, detect technique faults, and generate coaching recommendations.
The Service is provided for informational and educational purposes. It is not a substitute for professional coaching, medical advice, or sports science consultation.
You must provide accurate information when creating an account. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account.
You must be at least 16 years old to create an account. If you are under 18, you confirm that you have the consent of a parent or guardian.
PitchIQ offers a free tier and paid subscription plans. Paid plans are billed monthly or annually as selected at the time of purchase. Payments are processed securely through Stripe. We do not store your payment card details.
Subscriptions automatically renew at the end of each billing period unless cancelled. You may cancel at any time from your Settings page. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period — you retain access until then.
We may change pricing with 30 days’ notice. Existing subscribers on annual plans are not affected until their renewal date.
If you are unsatisfied with the Service, contact us within 14 days of your first payment for a full refund. After this period, refunds are at our discretion. Annual plan subscribers may request a pro-rated refund within the first 30 days.
You retain ownership of all videos and data you upload to the Service (“Your Content”). By uploading content, you grant us a limited licence to process, store, and analyse it solely for the purpose of providing the Service to you.
You are responsible for ensuring you have the right to upload any content. If your videos contain other identifiable individuals, you are responsible for obtaining their consent.
We do not use Your Content for training AI models, sell it to third parties, or share it with anyone except as necessary to provide the Service (e.g., coach sharing, which you control).
The Service allows you to generate share links so coaches can view your analysis and provide feedback. Share links expire after 7 days. By generating a share link, you consent to the recipient viewing your video, measurements, and observations for that analysis.

The Service is provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied. We do not guarantee that the Service will be error-free, uninterrupted, or that analysis results will be accurate.
Important: PitchIQ provides automated analysis based on computer vision and AI. Results may contain errors. Biomechanical measurements are approximations based on 2D video analysis and should not be relied upon as precise measurements. Always consult a qualified coach or sports scientist for technique assessment.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim arising from or related to the Service is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.
We are not liable for any injury, loss of performance, or other harm arising from reliance on the Service’s analysis or recommendations. You use the Service at your own risk.
Your use of the Service is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which describes how we collect, use, and protect your data.
You may delete your account at any time by contacting us. We may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms. Upon termination, your data will be deleted within 30 days, except where we are required by law to retain it.
We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of material changes by email or through the Service. Continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
These Terms are governed by the laws of Victoria, Australia. Any disputes will be resolved in the courts of Victoria, Australia.
